IBC Filling / Fill Head System

Stesen pengisian standard menggunakan silinder pneumatik untuk menurunkan dan mengikat penutup pengisian ke kapal IBC atau proses, menutup dengan injap kerucut bersepadu. Ia mempunyai paip bolong untuk anjakan udara, memastikan pengekalan dan operasi yang selamat semasa pengisian serbuk, dengan pendedahan kepada alam sekitar hanya semasa penglibatan penutup.

ISL Technologies’ IBC Filling System is a semi- or fully-automated solution designed to fill Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) with powders, granules, or bulk solids in a safe, hygienic, and dust-free manner. It’s built to meet the rigorous demands of industries like food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and specialty materials, where contamination control and batch integrity are critical.

  • Pneumatic Fill Head Mechanism:
       
    • A pneumatic cylinder lowers and secures the fill lid onto the IBC or process vessel.

    • The lid seals using an integrated  inflatable seal and Cone Valve, ensuring a dust-tight  connection.
    •  
  • Cyclonic Venting System:
       
    • A vent pipe allows displaced air to escape during filling, preventing pressure build-up and  ensuring dust containment.

  • Sensor-Based Safety:
       
    • Sensors ensure the fill head only activates when the IBC is correctly positioned.

    • Prevents accidental filling or misalignment, enhancing operator safety.

  • Minimal Exposure:
       
    • The only exposure to the environment occurs during lid engagement.

    • Once sealed, the system maintains full containment throughout the filling process.
