In-Bin Blending

ISL Technologies’ In-Blending System revolutionizes powder mixing by enabling gentle, efficient, and contained blending directly within the IBC.   • Cone Valve Re-Mixing: During each revolution of the IBC in the blender cage, the patented Cone Valve lifts and drops, separating and re-mixing the product. This ensures a homogeneous blend and prevents segregation.
  • Tumble Blender Mechanism:
       
    • The IBC is loaded into a trunnion-mounted rotating cage.

    • Cone Lock device automatically secures the valve.

    • Operators exit the enclosure lock the gate, and initiate blending via a control panel.

    • The cage rotates at a predefined speed and duration, optimized during commissioning.
