External & Internal IBC Washing System
Clean the IBC From the Inside — Ready for the Next Batch
The ISL IBC Washing System provides an efficient and hygienic solution for internal and external cleaning of IBCs following material handling and processing operations.
The IBC can be positioned on a drainage frame for efficient discharge of wash water. For internal cleaning, a manually positioned Washing Lid is placed over the IBC opening, enabling high-pressure water to be introduced into the container for automatic internal washing.
The system is supported by a dedicated Water Pump Skid (WPS), featuring a hygienic, integrated design with a built-in satellite station equipped with dedicated outlets for water and cleaning chemicals. This provides a convenient and controlled supply of cleaning media for consistent washing performance.
The ISL IBC Washing System offers a practical and robust solution for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in bulk solids handling applications.
